The typical management so-and-so’s implementing A.I. and forcing it on everyone in the search engine and results are more to blame I reckon. Should be an option in google search settings to refuse to accept a.i. generated images and results in the results. Tricky to spot now though and rather pervasive. And the quality control issue is an existent problem for internet stuff, is that real photo of a mushroom actually the correct photo of that type of mushroom it purports to be.

I suppose viz the a.i. results they now post at top of google search actually says/warns it’s a.i. results and often not bad… but the old algorithm of popular sites first was already good… though not factually infallible… i.e. wikipedia on one particular subject… but generally wikipedia is/was good… one of the best aspects of the internet since the Internets inception I think!

In the case of foraging for mushrooms you should be aware it is dangerous especially round woodland where I think most of the poisonous ones grow. Seems even experts still get poisoned occasionally. Myself I was discouraged reading only real way on some is to do spore samples and check under the microscope… whereas field mushrooms more safe (if picked in a field not in a wood) with simple rules… like field mushrooms that you will find in cultivated variety in the shops are white on top and dark gills and the familiar shape .

Talking of fungi, the story of Reindeer piss is funny LOL… the fly algaric is poisonous but apparently reindeer are immune to them and like them… so they used to drink reindeer piss LOL (maybe a case of eat the reindeer-yellow snow eh! St. Nick’s flying ointment eh!)

So you are getting blase and did not wipe/clean the nozzle and do an aux level and it leaves a blob at the centre position as it goes to zero+offset… then later you do a g28 and it auto levels at precisely that place with a dried blob and goes like 0.4 mm off and prints in the air LOL

can be avoided by not doing a g28 in your print start code LOL

That was not my problem with this printer, it was battered and poorly assembled, definitely not an out of the box and good-to-go experience… but once set up actually not bad at all!

Another funny inner-edge case is TPU-95a has like a lot of ductility, that is capability of being drawn thinner… so some restriction in feed actually stretched the filament so much the filament sensor said it was out of filament LOL And… actually credit to the marlin/panel link (while I was printing from my minimalist python script over usb) it allowed a restart but watch out… it sets the hot-end temperature to 180 after the restart, but panel allows override… that’s jazz! Nice! Got “a” print…

The 83A actually has less ductility more elasticity eh! Prints quite well using prusa-slicer auto settings at 30mm/s max…. and maybe get the data sheet that says its like 1.14 density…

Turns out mainly they supply you a set of not exactly precision tools and you will need to use them LOL. (and the draw to store them in… nice!)

The bushes, z-axis-lead-nuts were ludicrously loose on the holders that attach them to the axis frame… wobble those axes around so they are central and tighten up the allen bolts that attach the bushes to the frame…

do the tramming and bed levelling with hot-end and bed at print temperature..

One really good upgrade is the sunlu filament dryer/feeder I bought… a long drag of the filament from excellent double roller box negates the retract vibration in the filament-to-spool link… cool! some 123465 shop on aliexpress sent me one at not bad price… turns out probably not particularly wet filament was the main problem (the ‘king z axis bushes) but the long feed from the box over the normal spool holder on the double rollers in the box is really smooth and one-way, retract entirely taken up by the length of filament. Not put my own humidity sensor in the box yet, but feels warm and not hermetically sealed so humidity can escape…

I think this one was both battered in the post/storage and quite probably used-not-even-like-new b’stards… no complaints about the filament feeder except seems no master off on front panel… have to set hours to zero then press left button ? WTF ? well, its the wall wart that looks like it might explode with a big bang eh! master override eh! switch above that!

Two things it seems to me you cannot criticise eh! trannies (and the dom-hags/lgbt-feminists) and “the jewish state” eh! well and the immigration thing so cannot criticise one thing eh! the scurvy-schwab its-economics-stupid zeitgeist…

does not take an a.i. to recognise a bike or a cat or a wheelchair, those should be quite well defined algorithms… it is ludicrous to leave that shit to a black-box A.I. you want the A.I. to give you the code of the algorithm… or as the programmer of the A.I. you can reverse engineer the algorithm from the A.I. parameters/states. Thus negating need for A.I. to actually perform the production use of the algorithm… that is just code. Like you want to detect cats, you run the cat-detect code… not some black box a.i. that theoretically id’s a cat all the time… so you may go order of avoidance heirarchy for your car… hedgehog, human, cat, badger, child-in-pram… and actually that ordered list of absolutely required detection’s should be defined… human.. child-in-pram, hedgehog, other-vehicle etc. how many layers can you realistically do per frame with cpu power you have eh! 5g eh! theoretically you ship your unknown a.i. algorithm into the unknown “cloud” at the advertised speeds of 5g eh! LMFTO!

Actually can probably detect a bike quite simply in that fixed scenario by general object shape and the fact they travel faster than a pedestrian, depending on resolution the actual contact area of the object to the ground also a tell, cycle only contacts the ground by two thin things…. wonder if it can currently detect a recumbant cycle? Side recognition probably easier, looking for two round things one behind the other within a small range of distances… and a blob in the middle raised off the ground. The fixed position will make it easier because you can get images of the background without any objects….

BUT! as the article below alludes to, there is a whole other layer, an issue raised by one commentator is, “Is it actually safe to cross?” the light may be red, but did a driver see the light change in time to stop. Plus they reckon the cyclist cannot see if the light is actually green as it faces away from them. Like the missing manual winders on car windows nowadays, they probably did away with the old press to cross control panel that gave colour and audio feedback to the user, all that has just gone, no feedback to user, and you are supposed to blindly trust the a.i. eh! Nope I was wrong, they still have the old boxes, but it is them they have mounted at a stupid angle, you can see it in the picture below, they need to be rotated -45 to -90 degrees in the Z plane so they can bee seen better.

Just occurred to me the old push-to-cross crossing have a built in safety mechanism that will work with most drivers, they can see someone standing waiting to cross when the lights change so as good road-users they will stop.

plus in this case probably better to explore the algorithm for better batching people up to cross the road, involving average statistics of crossings at times of day. You could set a published schedule even. I think the thing with cyclists is there is the empty road at the point of crossing scenario where you would not even need to press the button to cross. But by actually triggering a traffic light change anyway you may cause an interruption of a vehicle/s nearish to that empty crossing window.

Possibly where our adoption of A.I. is failing… A.I. dictates the result to us and we do not understand the algorithm… sounds like a cunning plan.. call it democracy and bound to succeed eh!

And indeed I can see the usefulness of snake_case or rather deciding to use a naming convention, I tend to PascalCase, but snake_case good as well, I do intermittently use it LOL expect the unexpected eh! The capitals for constants, yeah, Good.
